New Brief Journey Map

Developing the User Experience:

Empathy / Ideate 

After meeting with Tristam I looked into the user experience and how these concepts fit together. I considered before, during experiences and figured out what concepts went under what heading. 
Before: The person feels like they need support and research for groups, social media pages, apps etc on the internet
During: They find the website which gives them brief information about the problem. 
The website has a video on it advertising and explaining the app in depth before they download it
They download app and gain new friends and support from it
After: They feel more happy in life with new connections and want to give back. They can change their settings on the app to supporter (if they weren't before) and can help other people who need support on the app.

I figured out a way of how my concepts flow together and help the user get the best of the experience.
